Shipping & Returns Policy

BELGIUM*

Due to the high price increase for postal transport, all orders will be charged with shipping costs.

IN BELGIUM

All orders = 6,5€ shipping cost

OUTSIDE OF BELGIUM (EUROPE)

All orders =9,5€ shipping cost

*We usually ship orders within 24 hours of payment from Monday to Friday. At most this can take up to 5 business days.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your order, we're here to help! We offer returns until after 14 days of delivery but at a cost of €6,50 at your own expense. The reason for this is that we think sustainability is really important to act upon, and we don't want to encourage deliberate returns because of the polluting effect on the environment. Hope you understand.

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please read about these exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items can be returned, but we will automatically deduct the cost of return from your refund. (6,5€).
  • The items have to be unworn and undamaged with the original labels still attached.

     To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

    • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
    • Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
    • Send all items back to us using the label provided.

       Additional Information:

      As soon as the return has been processed by us, you will be notified by mail. We try to take care of this as quickly as possible. Have you not heard from us after 7 days? Please contact our customer service at hello@mycontourlab.com
